Support Autonomous Projects in Colombia's Indigenous Nations
The Todos Los Pueblos Revolving Loan Fund is being created as we fundraise to complete the documentary film Weaving Wisdom. Our intention is to support and help empower organized groups of native women in Colombia. The loans will first be given to the groups of Nasa, Awa and Kankuamo women, those communities seen in the film Weaving Wisdom. For example, the Kankuamo women plan on opening a collective store, while the Nasa women want to strengthen their artisan work. These loans of $500–$1000 will give them the opportunity to realize these dreams. As the revolving loan fund grows, it will be made available to other groups of indigenous women in Colombia.
Twenty percent of each donation goes to support native women's groups and their micro-businesses in Colombia!
For checks, please make them payable to Women Make Movies and write "Weaving Wisdom" in the memo line.

Support Fair Trade for Indigenous Women In Chiapas, Mexico
Visit Women Of Corn In Resistance, A Mayan Women's Fair Trade Federation Of Artisan Cooperatives that formed in 2000 and is composed of 13 cooperatives.
Visit The Chiapas Project where Oakwood High School students in North Hollywood, CA have raised over $250,000 in donations for the artisan work of the Women of Corn in Resistance – all of which has gone directly to the women – and over 150 students and faculty have been part of the annual June delegations. As Oakwood students entered college, many continued this work. In 2003 they began the University Project, building on relationships established by the delegations with three major centers of cooperative artisan work in Chiapas.
